New Horizons and Bookish Adventures
When I saw this picture, I thought, 'This would totally be me, on a distant planet with the glories of space behind me and my nose in a book.’ Although my book would exist on the latest popular electronic device. I do love my toys, much to the dismay of my bank account;)
Following my train of thought, this got me wondering when money will stop being a thing, as was the case in Star Trek, and if “replicators” will ever become a reality. I have my theories, but I’d love to hear yours. Leave a comment letting me know if you think money will ever cease to exist, and if someone will invent an equivalent of replicators (think: 3D printers).
But moving on, I have some big news from the writing trenches to share today. I've officially signed with a new publisher, Vinci Books in the UK! (Cue celebratory rocket launch sounds.) After navigating through an asteroid field of contracts and negotiations, I'm thrilled to announce that my books will have a stellar new home thanks to the incredible Vinci team! I’ll keep you posted as former books are re-released with sparkling new covers, and also as my new stories are set loose into the world.
Speaking of future books, I've got several adventures brewing in the manuscript nebula. As I’ve mentioned before, there's Cosmic Chasm, the first book in my Rift Riders Series. Here’s the link to see what that’s about: https://www.eachancebooks.com/cosmicchasm. I’ll be attempting to write another series concurrently called The Reality Thief, with the first book titled Fractures in Time. Here’s the link: https://www.eachancebooks.com/fracturesintime.
So that’s my ambitious plan. Hope I can pull it off! Both series will launch next year, and I can't wait to share more details as these stories evolve from chaotic rough drafts into something resembling actual books.
But enough about me and my literary carryings-on. Now, I want to hear from you! Which book(s) do you have your nose in right now? Are you diving into classic sci-fi, exploring new releases, or possibly venturing into a completely different genre? Feel free to use the button above to let me know so we can discuss them in future posts or when I get my live chats (and eventually videos) up and running. I'm always on the hunt for my next great read, and fellow sci-fi lovers never steer me wrong!
Until next time, happy reading!
